The High Commission facilitates the processing of ordinary renewals, replacements and lost passports. All applications can be sent by tracked courier to the High Commission for processing. If you require an appointment or case specific guidance, please call 0207 370 7123 or email hcslu@govt.lc.

Regular Passports

Apply for a standard Saint Lucian passport. This form is used for first-time applications, renewals, and replacements due to loss or damage.

Emergency Travel Documents (ETD’s)

Citizens of Saint Lucia can request an Emergency Travel Document (ETD) if their passport is lost, stolen, or expired and is required to travel urgently to Saint Lucia. ETD only permits travel to Saint Lucia.
